Seafood lovers, wine and beer connoisseurs and everyone who enjoys the vibrant, fun filled atmosphere of a summer festival take note: The Auckland Seafood Festival is back for its fourth year!

This three day event held over Auckland's anniversary holiday weekend 2010, celebrates New Zealand's seafood industry and the close association Aucklander's have with the sea.

Come and taste the range of delicious New Zealand seafood on offer, sample wine from a collection of Auckland vineyards and enjoy the great family entertainment on show throughout the weekend. From surfcasting competitions to Auckland Seafood Cooking School demonstrations to fishing industry activities, there are things to do and see for everyone.

Proceeds from the event will go to the Rotary Club of Auckland East and The Stellar Trusts's A P Free NZ.

Transport
There will be free buses sponsored by Mac's Brewery running in a circuit from the Auckland Seafood Festival, The Northern Steamship, Nuffield St Brew Bar (Newmarket), Neighbourhood Brew Bar (Kingsland) and back to the Auckland Seafood Festival.

This means you can enjoy the day without worrying about parking. Its also a responsible way to get home if you have had a few beers.
