Life FM presents;
Parachute Band, Kingston, The Ember Days, Tokyo Keys
Life fm is excited to announce a one off concert to help raise funds for the station's 2030 Vision project. Local artists The Parachute Band, Kingston, Tokyo Keys and The Ember Days will perform on November 27th, to help secure the right to broadcast Life fm on air for the next twenty years.
Life fm is part of the Rhema Broadcasting Group which in its 32nd year of broadcasting in New Zealand is at risk of losing the ability to broadcast nationwide if they are unable to pay the New Zealand Government $6.4 million to renew radio frequency licenses for the next twenty years. Dave Munro, the initiator of this fundraising concert, said,
"I want to know that in 20 years time my children have the option of listening to Christian radio if they want to. This is about Life fm and the station's listeners coming together and celebrating Christian music and Christian radio. The relationship the two have on New Zealand airways is crucial for the future of youth in New Zealand."
November 27th will come alive in Auckland's iconic Mercury Theatre. Come and join us in an awesome night of music and celebration with
The Parachute Band, Kingston, Tokyo Keys and The Ember Days.
