Breaking Legs Theatre Company presents Shakespeare's Measure for Measure.

This year, Shakespeare's most problematic tragicomedy is plunged into the hectic midst of a gourmet restaurant, the rampant nature of which is due to an uproar of sexual misconduct. You will follow the plight of Isabella as she enters a world where employment is equivalent to one's mortality, where justice is achieved by sexual compromise and where the line between chastity and sin is blurred by the most virtuous of characters; a plot set in motion by the restaurant's enigmatic owner, the sadistic puppeteer of their affairs.

Measure for Measure will be staged at the Raye Freedman Arts Centre, Epsom from 7th - 9th October.
