On Saturday 25th February, 2012, 8 Seconds Bullriding will hold its 4th annual event at the Rangiora Racecourse.

8 Seconds Bullriding Company will be bringing to town their elite string of living,breathing, "born to buck" bulls including 'Dougal', 'Desert Storm', 'Big Tex', 'CN Starrs' & 'Barracouta'. The best bucking bulls throughout the South Island will also be there, with NZ Bucking Bull of the Year 'Apache'!!

Amoung these outstanding athletes of course are the bulls arch enemies, current bullriding champion brothers, Adam and Andrew Jamison, finalist Jono Reid and a plethora of top ranked NZ bullriders who have competed internationally in Australia, USA, Canada & Brazil.

If you crave a thrill and a bit of danger, you don't want to miss this, the action is so close you can smell and feel the adrenaline!

If it's a party your after, then Saturday night is for you!! Immediately following the Bullriding, a live band will be playing under the grandstand & while you enjoy the music & a few drinks why not give the mechanical bull a try!
