How often do you get the opportunity to see the world's best at work? The Test Kitchen was given the prestigious 'One to Watch' award at the 2013 San Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurant awards. Luke Dale-Roberts is renowned for his innovative food, creativity and exquisite presentation. What better pairing could there be than Cuisine Chef of the Year Des Harris and his team at the stunning award winning dining room at Clooney's.
British born Luke is no stranger to The World's 50 Best Restaurants, having appeared there twice during his time as Head Chef of La Colombe, taking it to 12th place. Luke has a strong Kiwi connection; one of his early mentors was Le Roux Chef Kevin Hopgood now based in Nelson, and he worked at Bali Sugar in London under Peter Gordon. We are truly honoured to have his presence at Restaurant Month 2013.
