Smashfest likes to set world records, this time it's Bevan Mad Dog Johnson and his crew smashing at speed through upended cars. Can they beat the current record?

The meanest machines take on the Executioner Death Race Car to peel some rubber and win you over ' you scream, they win, Who'll it be'Camaro? Pontiac? Mopar? Humber?!
The Executioner
There is no judge or jury, the Executioner's decision is final. Step out of line and this purpose-built V8 steel fortress will destroy your will along with your car.

Kidsfest Trolley Derby
Make sure your littlies and their friends come along 1 hour before the show starts for a chance to compete like the big boys. In front of thousands of race fans they could race custom built push-karts on the Speedway track, and be in to win one of two carts!

Drivers
Keen to give driving a go? You don't need race experience, just a hunger for adrenalin, an urge to cross something crazy off your bucket list, or simply a longing to get behind the wheel and put pedal to the metal in a controlled and safe environment. It's one of those once in a lifetime chances that people come from as far as the UK to experience.

A $40 24 hour race license fee is charged by Speedway NZ. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable unless you already hold a SNZ race license. The total fee is $100 (includes 1 x nights race license, 1 x Smashfest T-shirt & your 1 night park entry).
