Welcome to Ground Zero, a new event with old hands at the helm. If you've been to an U18 paint party in Wellington before then you know what to expect.

Believe it or not they've actually agreed to let us throw paint around at the James Cabaret. This might not ever happen again so make sure you're at Ground Zero.

Tickets are strictly limited to 800 people, and there will be no second show in 2014.

The paint is watered down and will wash out of your hair. It's environmentally friendly and non toxic. Try not to swallow it though as it tastes quite bad.

We recommend wearing goggles or sunnies or something if you want to get up front, although we water the paint down so it's not too hard on the eyes.

In extremely rare cases it may cause an allergic reaction. We have an ambulance on standby just in case.
