A childhood health and illness seminar

At Empowering Education we understand that you love where you live and that you love your children more than anything in the world, but when illness strikes in a rural location it is not always easy to know what to do and how to manage illness. It can be hard to know whether your child’s symptoms are serious, to know what you can do at home to support them through the illness and to identify when they are deteriorating and when to access medical services.

The aim of the ‘What to do when…’ seminar is to empower you with evidence based knowledge from health professionals, build your confidence to be able to make good decisions for your family and take positive actions for your child’s health and wellbeing.

Morning and afternoon tea are provided. Attendees to make own arrangements for lunch.
