iTICKET Terms & Conditions

Tickets are sold by ITICKET.CO.NZ Limited (iTICKET) as the agent for those who are promoting or otherwise providing the event ("Promoter") for which tickets are sold. The purchase of tickets is subject to the following conditions:
  1. All claims and complaints are the sole responsibility of the Promoter.
  2. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, except in accordance with the applicable laws in the jurisdiction of purchase. If a refund is required by law, liability is limited to refunding the ticket price only. All other fees and charges are non-refundable. iTICKET holds funds in trust until settlement with the Promoter, usually at the conclusion of the event.
  3. iTICKET reserves the right to a charge a fee for the replacement of ALLOCATED (seated) tickets. iTICKET can not replace GENERAL ADMISSION tickets where seating is not allocated.
  4. Cameras and video recorders (film, digital or otherwise), audiotape recorders and all other recording devices may be prohibited at the event.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission with reasonable cause. Late arrivals may be prevented from admission until a suitable break in the programme, if any.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission if valid identification for concession tickets is not provided.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission where tickets are lost or damaged, or tickets are not purchased through iTICKET or other authorised points of sale.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, replace or substitute artists, or amend the programme, prices and/or seating arrangements.
  9. Your personal information is held by iTICKET, the Promoter and/or the Venue whose event you are booking tickets to. It will not be sold or passed on to any other party. If you've opted to receive email updates from iTICKET and have provided an email address, you will be sent regular iTICKET email newsletters. You can opt out of these at any time. ITICKET.CO.NZ Limited reserves the right to revise or amend the Conditions of Sale without notice.
