When Coda blasted onto the Melbourne food scene in 2009 it became an instant hit thanks to chef Adam D’Sylva’s masterful mix of French and Vietnamese flavours culminating in dishes like spanner crab on betel leaf with galangal, or his much loved roasted yellow duck curry.
Adam pairs up with Soul Bar’s head chef and soon-to-be My Kitchen Rules NZ judge Gareth Stewart for a night of fusion feasting.
