Classically trained, Boomrock Head Chef Warren Maddox specialises in cuisine that showcases contemporary seasonal dishes from land and sea. He is excited to explore this philosophy, thinking outside of the box to craft exceptional dishes that capture the vibrancy and variety of our local flora and fauna. 

Tickets include return transport, themed canapés, nose to tail five-course degustation and a beverage to welcome you to Boomrock's incredible venue, perched atop the cliff overlooking the Tasman Sea.
