The lockdown days gone by had us often wondering what day it was, and sometimes found us eating breakfast for dinner and vice versa. And we realised it was totally delicious. Hillside swaps breakfast and dinner for a five-course breakfast tasting menu to start the day in style. In classic Hillside fashion, expect all the extra bits and pieces for a late morning tasting menu of brunch classics and reinventions for when toast just doesn't cut it.
