This will be our 8th Festival. You are all legends for keeping this awesome festival going. You are a valuable part of Festival One. We wouldn't be able to do this without all your hard work, stamina and support. We’re glad to have you on the team and part of the community. And if this is your first time, THANK YOU! We look forward to having you part of the festival whanau.
All crew registration payments will be electronically processed through iTICKET. Please read the instructions below before you start registering, and if you have any further questions please contact your Area Head (or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you’re not sure).
Please note that by registering as Crew, you are agreeing that you have read and accepted the terms of the Festival One Crew Manual
If you're unwell, we do ask that you stay home. Please email, email@example.com about refunding your ticket.

Festival One will be using the AWOP wristbands for payments across the whole site. You will be issued a Festival One wristband when you arrive, which will allow you to make purchases at Festival without using cash. Each wristband has a unique RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag inside that stores electronic credit, like a debit or EFTPOS card. It doesn’t store any other information.
All food vendors, retailers, and artist merchandise sales will be equipped with the AWOP payment system. To make a purchase simply make your order as usual but instead of paying by cash you will be asked to tap your wristband on an AWOP reader to subtract the purchase amount from your wristband balance. After each transaction your remaining balance will be displayed on screen so you can easily keep track of how much credit you have left to spend. There’s a one off charge of $1.50 when you first place credit on your wristband.
If you are on crew at Festival One and have dependent children under the age of 17 who will need to come with you please register them at the same time as your registration. The cost for a child ticket is $20 each. If your child is under 5yrs, they come free! You can select the ‘free ticket’ option for your child. This is essential to keep track of all guests and volunteers on site.
Crew Weekend Meals
Weekend meals for crew will be available soon. If you’ve purchased crew meals before you will know that these are delicious, hearty meals that will keep you going throughout the day. We 10/10 recommend crew to get on board. These meals are available from the crew & artist lounge at each meal time.

Monday: Breakfast & Lunch
Caravan, Motorhome and Rooftop Tent Sites
Caravan sites are for those wanting their own slice of festival reserved over the weekend. You have the option of purchasing a powered or non-powered site. One of our onsite logistics team will contact you later in the year to discuss your location on site as it’s not a free-for-all. We have specific areas for each crew team.
T shirts are available for pre-purchase! The final day you can pre-purchase is midnight Sunday 9th January 2022. So get in now! Please select your t-shirt size at time of purchase - click here for sizing chart.
BOOKATENT Pre-pitched Tents:
5% discount on all Bookatent orders - for crew only! We all know how annoying it is to set up a tent. So why not choose the option to arrive at Festival with your tent pitched and stretcher/air bed set up for the weekend? The canvas tents sleep two to four people, have standing room, space for belongings and an awning. When it comes time to pack up, let us do it for you! We only ask that all belongings are removed and any rubbish is put in the available bins before you depart.
