Take three ladies - one Maori (Ora Barlow), one Rotuma Islander (Kim Halliday) and one Scot (Sarah Beattie), blend their influences and you get Pacific Curls.
This unique trio now have four albums to their name and have been knocking out audiences across NZ, Australia and the Pacific. They've also appeared at festivals in Europe, Canada and South Korea.
To add a Monty Python-type touch of humour to the evening, the support act is the Big Muffin Serious Band, a musical extension of the McGillicuddy Serious Party.
