Dame Malvina Major (ONZ, GNZM, DBE) is next year celebrating 60 years as one of the world’s top opera singers. Her role developing artists like Hayley Westenra via her Foundation (launched in 1991) has seen her come full circle from the early days where the Hamilton born singer received classical lessons from Dame Sister Mary Leo and later, Ruth Packer from the Royal College of Music.
Times: Doors open 5pm or approx 1.5 hours prior to show start (6pm for all shows apart from *Taupo which starts at 6.30pm)
Children under 12 years of age are free - no ticket is required.
Bring your own chair or blanket! This is a picnic-type setting where you seat yourselves on the grass.
