Stagecraft is celebrating Pride and Prejudice's 200th anniversary with a fresh new adaptation of literature's original romantic comedy. While focusing on Elizabeth Bennet and Mr Darcy, the play celebrates other elements that make this tale so popular - the love story between Jane and Mr Bingley, the comedy of Mr Collins, Mrs Bennet and Lady Catherine de Bourgh, and of course the naughty tale of Lydia and Wickham. Set amongst the country gentry of the Regency era, there will be balls, soirees, and of course dashing young men - all in want of a wife.
