The one night a year when Western Springs comes to Waikaraka Speedway! From around New Zealand comes the fastest and most spectacular Midgets and Sprintcars with their wide tyres and huge wings, they will have you on the edge of your seat as they blast past, only inches apart, at 150 k.p.h.. Stand back these monsters can almost fly!!
 
And the SuperSaloons are back for the Glen Turner Memorial, racing door handle to door and wheel to wheel. Camaros, Corvettes, Trans Ams, Commodore, Monaros and Mustang V8's all desperate to get to the chequered flag first.
 
To finish the night we have a classic Waikaraka Speedway Demolition Derby with road cars smashing and crashing until only one car is still going.
 
Then the night of family fun ends with a huge Fireworks Spectacular. Get your tickets now so you don't miss out.
