The Hamilton Gardens Arts Festival is honoured to be the only city to host an exclusive viewing of how a professional contemporary dance show is made. Mana Wahine has been a work in progress for two years. Okareka Dance Company is getting ready to go into rehearsals before touring NZ in July, including Hamilton with their World Premiere.
Come and see how a choreographer works with the dancers to create a show and find out about where the story came from. Also an exclusive Q & A will be offered at the end.
