Hamilton’s Trust Waikato Symphony Orchestra and the 200-strong Hamilton Festival Chorus, conducted by Rupert D’Cruze, present a spectacular evening of music from the movies.
Singers and musicians will be joined on stage by Christchurch’s sensational violinist Fiona Pears, returning to the Festival after performing in 2011.
Soak up the sights, sounds and memories of much-loved movie music, ending with Tchaikovsky’s mighty 1812 Overture.
