Restaurant Month Official Launch Party presented by Asia New Zealand Foundation 

Tickets $95 including four dishes, wines, beer and entertainment 

Toast the start of Restaurant Month with a night of fine food and fun with an Asian-inspired flavour at Shed 10.

Taste your way around Asia as interpreted by four of Auckland's top chefs, indulging in wines from Nautilus and Babich and beers from Sapporo.

The Launch party kicks off a month of food and celebration in the central city – join us along with host Sachie Nomura (Sachie's Kitchen) and sponsor Asia New Zealand Foundation to celebrate in fragrant and flavourful festive style.

• Nic Watt - Masu: Crayfish spicy miso taco served with hot pepper, white miso paste, asian slaw and avocado
• Des Harris - Clooney: Salmon, smoked eel, sushi rice & cilantro - Mt Cook alpine salmon served with smoked eel fried in a fermented yeast batter, sushi rice crème & cilantro
• Shane Yardley - FISH: Devilled Sri Lankan chicken served with pol roti and coconut sambal
• Nick Honeyman - Lava Dining: Braised beef red curry with Silver Fern Farms beef served in half a coconut
