In its seventh year, the 2015 Miromoda Showcase has cemented its place for its participants and audience in the Showcase at New Zealand Fashion Week 2015.
Most, if not all the design concepts are based on personal and cultural concepts—from the aftermath of the Christchurch Earthquake to a time to reflect on ‘love at first sight’. The competition continues to attract emerging designers as well as those progressing through the ranks of retail and online commerciality vying for a spot at NZFW (transforming emerging designers into true fashion icons).
Given the nature of Miromoda’s group show format, fashion followers and media alike know to expect the unexpected as the contemporary treatment synonymous to the Miromoda brand—continues to uphold its indigenous uniqueness and intrigue.
