Watch Maori Performance Mask (Te Mata-Kokako o Rehia) come to life as Regan Taylor unfolds his abridged version of Othello as a solo performance. Our version of Othello places the classic tale of love, jealousy, betrayal and revenge in a precolonial Māori context and finds humour and humanity in one of Shakespeares most famous tragedies. You will be invited to join us for a kai and a korero with creator Regan Taylor post-show to share your thoughts and assist us in developing this work further.
