Popped Culture is series of bespoke breakfast events focused around the morning ritual of starting your day with toast and coffee. Sitting at the dining table wiping the sleep from your eyes while your coffee brews and the toast is down for its second time, it’s the way we prepare ourselves for the day. We’d like to share that special time of the day with a few friends, at a slightly larger table. Each event will see Coffee Supreme join some of Auckland’s most inspiring emerging chefs, bakers, hospo personalities to serve up your morning breaky at an unexpected and inspiring location. 

Each ticket purchase allows access to Popped Culture in its unique location. We’ll pop two pieces of toast, add amazing toppings, one savoury, one sweet and pour you a perfect coffee.

The first Popped Culture will see the talents of chef Tom Hishon of Orphans Kitchen, bringing some of his favourite toast toppings to the table, served on organic seeded sourdough from Carter Were.

As a bonus, Carter Were’s good friend and shop buddy Sophie Wolanski of Muck Floral will be there with her flower cart, so you can make someone’s day after you leave.

Popped Culture #1 is held in the soon to be Shky Apartments, 44 Khyber Pass Rd, Eden Terrace.
