Nancy Silverton’s impact on Californian and US cooking has been huge, from her early days as pastry chef at Wolfgang Puck’s Spago restaurant, through her time at Campanile Restaurant and La Brea Bakery and now as co-owner of Osteria Mozza in Los Angeles and Singapore with fellow well-known foodies Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich.
In 2014, her influence was recognised with the American restaurant scene’s highest honour, the James Beard Foundation Outstanding Chef Award.
Nancy brings her lauded take on Italian cuisine to Soul Bar for a one off collaboration with restaurateur Judith Tabron and chef Chris Law – come prepared to enjoy a most memorable evening of great food, wine and company.
