      Cyber Security

56% of New Zealand businesses experience an IT security attack at least once a year, only 65% of businesses are confident their IT security systems are effective and there is a lengthening global list of companies that have suffered major data breaches.

Digital economies are booming around the world and businesses in New Zealand are becoming digital at a great pace. Businesses are moving to Cloud based storage and catering to customers demands for online platforms, digital data and social offerings – but this opens the door to new risks.

As the internet of things takes off and our world becomes ever more mobile and connected, cyber security will become ever more critically important. Small, medium and large organizations are all exposed to these potential threats and through our event ‘Cyber Security’ we look at the best ways for companies to plan for and tackle these issues in 2016.
