Mixed Doubles is an acidly humorous portrayal of marriage from the honeymoon to the grave.  Seven short plays and monologues, each depicting marriage at a different stage of life.  

The characters in Mixed Doubles appear to be plagued by everyday trivialities, their pasts, their jobs and their marital problems.  

Maybe this is a good enough reason to remain single!
