The two week shared dining event presents a unique dining experience using cocktails, artistry and food to create a sensory experience.
Bombay Sapphire Ambassador Chase Bickerton and renowned fine dining Chef, Michael Meredith have together created a unique menu of 10 artistically-inspired cocktails and paired dishes. Project Botanicals is set to ignite your senses and take you on a journey to discover the 10 exotic botanicals found inside the famous blue bottle.
