Project Botanicals is back in Auckland after last year’s sell-out event. The world’s number one premium gin, Bombay Sapphire, brings you a sensory overload with its distinctly different pop up bar and restaurant.
The two week shared dining event presents a unique dining experience using cocktails, artistry and food to create a sensory experience.
Bombay Sapphire Ambassador Chase Bickerton and renowned fine dining Chef, Michael Meredith have together created a unique menu of 10 artistically-inspired cocktails and paired dishes. Project Botanicals is set to ignite your senses and take you on a journey to discover the 10 exotic botanicals found inside the famous blue bottle.

*Project Botanicals pop up has limited parking available so best to arrange alternative transport. Remember, you will receive two cocktails with your ticket (making us a strictly R18 event) so make sure to plan some safe transport home.
