School Holiday Workshops
The Puriri & The Kereru
This coming school holiday, join us to expore the garden at McCahon House and learn about the endemic Puriri (evergreen tree) and the lovely Kereru (wood pigeon).
During the workshop, we will create a cool and functional container, referencing the Puriri and Kereru, using upcycling plastic bottles. The creation will double as a Puriri seedling planter for you to take home. All materials are provided. The workshops are suitable for 8-12 year olds. (Younger children are welcome with an accompanying parent or guardian).
$15 per child plus booking fees (accompanying adult free with ticket)
