Renowned Kiwi chef Nic Watt of MASU and Huami Executive Chef Jeff Tan who has had an esteemed career at some of the finest restaurants in Asia and the Middle East come together to present a five-course degustation. This dinner will bring together cuisine from the regions of Canton, Sichuan, Huaiyang and Beijing – including duck courses from an authentic wood-fired duck oven, a New Zealand first. Enjoy the ambience and culinary theatre from the latest restaurant to hit the award-winning Federal Street precinct.
