      O’Connell St Bistro reopened its doors in late 2016 after a major refit due to a devastating fire earlier in the year unveiling a beautifully refined dining space that seems to scream eloquently for special occasions. This event, pairing Head Chef Mark Southon with his former colleague and mentor Ryan Clift, is one such occasion. Mark and Ryan worked together at the Melbourne institution Vue de Monde, but nowadays Ryan is better known as the chef and proprietor of one of Asia’s most acclaimed and ultra-progressive modern restaurants - Tippling Club in Singapore. Tickets are very limited for this special foray into modernist cuisine with a menu of fun and playful dishes. Service will be conducted by the ever attentive and charming Chris Upton - O’Connell Street’s iconic restaurateur. This event is for the adventurous diner and will be sure to impress.

      Ticket includes a drink on arrival with snacks, 5 courses, sweet treats and matching wines.
