Mark Wilson, Head Chef at Meat Fish Wine, will be doing things a little differently for this one-off event by designing a stunning shared menu based around not only the freshest seasonal produce, but also all the amazing creations he has been working on in the kitchen over the past year. The night will champion a delicious portfolio of dishes over a shared-style meal with matching wines. You will get to taste dishes never seen on the menu that Mark is excited to share, in an interactive and fun environment where you get to rate your favourites and even have a chat with the chef!
