GIBBS FARM - OPEN DAY
LIONS CLUB OF WAIMAUKU FUNDRAISER
Take this rare opportunity to visit the amazing sculpture park, stroll along right amongst the works of some of the world's greatest contemporary sculptors, and enjoy stunning views of the Kaipara Harbour. The privately owned Park is also home to exotic animals such as giraffes, zebras and alpacas. The terrain at the sculpture park includes gravel paths and open pasture so a reasonable level of mobility is required.
You will need to bring your own picnic lunch, or purchase our lunch as an add-on which we will supply to save you carrying yours! We will provide your lunch for you at 12 noon at the designated shelter area which you will find on your map.
Waimauku Lions are fundraising to meet the completion cost of a Community adventure playground to serve Waimauku and Local children and families. It will include areas for the very young through to teenage. There will be shade areas, tables and seating for families.
Thanks for your support!
Access to Gibbs Farm will be via the Barr Rd entrance only for this fundraising event. Please click link for DRIVING DIRECTIONS. Please park as directed on site. There are large lakes and ponds that will require supervision with children (if applicable) as well as various animals at several locations on the property.
