      Mika Haka Foundation (MHF) are hosting a diversity-themed film festival evening as part of our arts Festival of Ideas, Aroha’17 + Auckland Pride Festival. Join us for a red carpet experience greeted by Celebs, movie goodies, short and feature LGBT, human rights and psychological thrilling films, plus a complimentary glass of No.1 cuvee, half time performances, pop-up exhibits; Mana-Mannequins and much more...

      From over 2,000 submissions from across the globe, emerging filmmakers and curator mentors selected the final 20 shorts for this year’s Shorts line-up. Two cinemas, film submissions from 6 countries judged best in diversity, arthouse feature film prelude world premiere starring NZ Academy Award nominated actress, Keisha Castle-Hughes - hosted by JT Entertainment and MC’d by Youtube sensation Kris Fox.

      Part of the Mika Haka Foundation Aroha17 festival of ideas; the quirkiest arts festival New Zealand’s ever seen, jam-packed this summer with films, interactive web and TV series, limited time online season of shows.
