PwC Herald Talks
Our thought provoking business networking series moves into its third year in 2017 & hits the road – with events travelling from Auckland to Wellington and Christchurch. PwC Herald Talks is designed to give you the knowledge, insight and strategies to grow and diversify in the ever-changing landscape of New Zealand business.
These breakfast events discuss current & upcoming trends in business, including innovation, the internet of things, leadership, and global & local business.
Join us and key thought leaders to connect, share knowledge, and think about how to grow your business and remain relevant.
Leadership
Leadership acts as the catalyst that makes all other elements work together; without leadership, all other business resources lie dormant. Leaders are invaluable when it comes to formulating and communicating new strategic directions, as well as communicating with and motivating employees to increase dedication to organizational goals.
The benefits of an effective leader are indisputable, an expert in leadership Warren Bennis said, “A business short on capital can borrow money and one with poor location can move but a business short on leadership has little chance of survival”
Effective leaders exhibit different styles of leadership, and these styles of leadership can bring out the best in different businesses and workforces. Join our keynote speaker and expert panel to hear about leadership necessities in your business, what worked- what didn’t work in their leadership roles. Take away key lessons to apply in your businesses and careers – to help you be the best leader in any situation.
