Malcolm Johns - Chief Executive Christchurch International Airport
Malcolm has been the Chief Executive of Christchurch International Airport since January 2014. He is part of the Tourism Industry Senior Leaders Group and attracted to leadership roles which offer the opportunity to lead beyond pure profit and took up the CE role at Christchurch Airport three years after the 2011 earthquakes. With a desire to build leadership, confidence and ambition back into post-earthquake Christchurch, Malcolm has focused on the role the airport team can play in recovering the social, economic and innovative contribution to New Zealand of Christchurch Airport, Christchurch City and the South Island.
Andy Symons – Innovation Partner, PwC New Zealand
Andy Symons, Innovation Partner at PwC New Zealand, is also the firm’s Financial Services Sector Leader. Andy is focused on innovation strategy, digital strategy, customer and the development of technology. Andy has a background in innovation, technology development, loyalty marketing, credit scoring and has recently led a major New Zealand bank's retail banking division. He has also advised CEOs and boards on developing the cultural and structural environment required to increase organisational innovation.
