Bessie, Christchurch’s newest meat restaurant, presents their unmissable Wine & Meat series with part two taking place Thursday 19th October. Come along to an evening of great food and wine with guest speaker, MasterChef’s Jax Hamilton.

A dedicated Cantabrian with 2 best selling cookbooks under her belt, as well as the face of Countdown’s successful Feed 4 for $15 campaign, Jax is an inspiring mother, business women and talented celebrity chef. Jax is all about creating, sharing and eating deliciously prepared meals, whether at home, or out and about socialising with friends. This will be an evening of fun and cheek for sure. 

Spend the evening enjoying Bessie’s carefully selected set menu of some of our finest dishes, showcasing New Zealand’s world class produce and dry aged meat, which is made in-house and then finished on a charcoal oven, roaring at 450 degrees Celsius.
