Birds and Words

Come spend a day at McCahon House. Explore the beautiful native bush garden, be inspired by the large McCahon painting in the dining room, then have a go at creating your own masterpiece that will focus on native birds and modern urban language. 

We will first experiment with traditional and modern watercolour painting techniques. Then we take these skills to build up in layers a stunning native bird and word painting.

Dont forget to bring some lunch. Suitable for all age groups. Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult. 

$20 per child plus booking fees (accompanying adult free).
