New Zealand violinist Amalia Hall, internationally celebrated for her inherent musicality and technical mastery, presents a spellbinding programme of Eugene Ysaÿe's six virtuosic solo sonatas in their entirety.

Amalia's outstanding successes include winning 1st Prize at five international competitions and laureate prizes in numerous others, after winning all of New Zealand's national competitions as a teenager.

Recently appointed as Concertmaster of Orchestra Wellington, Amalia holds her NZ roots close to her heart but also makes frequent trips overseas to make solo concerto and recital performances.

She has performed around the world as far as South Africa, Mexico, USA, China, Vietnam and throughout England, Italy, Germany and other European countries.
