Picture yourself sipping bubbly on a Fullers ferry, departing downtown Auckland or Matiatia terminal on Waiheke, headed for the renowned Man O’ War vineyard at the back of Waiheke Island.

When you arrive at MOW Bay the event begins in earnest, with a 10-course walking degustation presented by NZ chef royalty. With names like Josh Emett, Ben Bayly and Sid Sahrawat on the lineup for 2018, get your appetite prepared for a culinary adventure.

With the finest meat cuts from Neat Meat, and fresh seafood from Moana NZ, the chefs produce their highlights from their own menus to work alongside the delicious Man O’ War wines.

On the day you can also expect a Diamond in the Bubbles sweepstake with a chance to win a $10,000 diamond and a charity auction to pick up those money-can’t-buy items. The event is the most important fundraiser for Auckland’s Westpac Rescue Helicopter and 100% of proceeds from the event go to this important charity.
