This talk ranges through the chic, sometimes playful hats worn during the day influenced by designers such as Reboux, Agnes and Schiaparelli to the elaborate, fanciful headdresses, shimmering sequin evening cloches and wigs made of gold, silver and pastel coloured silk that enlivened the dazzling night life of these decades.
