Back again for 2018, some Fonterra farmers are opening their gates so New Zealanders have the opportunity to go on farm, learn about how Fonterra farmers care for our environment and what happens on a dairy farm.
This year, the Jensen Family and Reece and Tash would like to invite you to visit their beautiful farm in Tauranga.
Planting is a major focus on the 310-hectare property which features 30 hectares of pine trees and 20 hectares of native bush. 240 hectares of the property is used for milking which is home to 740 cows. Reece and Tash were named Share Farmers of the Year for the Bay of Plenty region at the 2018 NZ Dairy Industry awards.
