Prizewinning pianist Siyu Sun’s programme emphasizes the picturesque. The Beethoven Sonata and Rachmaninoff’s Études-Tableaux (Study-Pictures) find their composers at their most high-spirited and dramatic. Ravel’s eerie Noctuelles (NIghtmoths) was drawn from life by its insomniac composer. 

Come and hear some of the greatest music ever written in Auckland’s newest, and perhaps most beautiful, chamber music venue: the glass-walled, copper-roofed Bishop Selwyn Chapel.
