Penfolds Winemakers Dinner at Seafarers

Ostro welcomes Penfolds Ambassador George Samois for an evening of great food and delicious wine pairings, featuring some of Penfolds most coveted wines.

The takeover of Britomarts Seafarers building, will be an evening promoting the Penfolds range, with Ostro, The Matisse Room and Level 6 all hosting varying dinners with George sharing his expertise on the wine pairings across the spaces.

For one night only, Penfolds and Seafarers will serve bespoke menus by Executive Chefs Josh Emett and Cobus Klopper, with Penfolds wine pairings all set in beautifully red themed spaces overlooking the harbour.

OSTRO MAIN DINING ROOM (Level 2) : Penfolds wine & canape on arrival, 3 courses with a Penfolds wine to match each course. Cheese and Port to finish - $120 pp
THE MATISSE EXPERIENCE (Level 5) : Chefs cooking in the room to make a more personal experience. Wine & canape on arrival 3 courses with a Penfolds wine to match each course. Cheese and Port to finish - $150pp
