Journeying from North to South, East to West, an exciting project celebrating music of two brilliant contemporary classical composers: Chris Artley (NZ/UK) and Vladimir Romanov (Germany/Russia).

The first half of the concert features international award winning choral works by Chris Artley, followed by the Southern Hemisphere premiere of Romanov’s Stabat Mater.

This first major concert of the Clevedon Valley Music Foundation Trust has an international focus with over 65 musicians making up the orchestra, choir and soloists from New Zealand and Europe and also showcases some high quality Auckland talent with Gina Sanders (Soprano) Peter Reid (Trumpet) Paul Chan (Organ), Yid-Ee Goh (Concertmaster), Peter Watts (Musical Director) and Lara Hall (Violin).
