A ticket to our Gala Evening gives you the opportunity to be first to view - and purchase - artworks from this beautifully curated art show. Around 1000 artworks are exhibited; including painting, photography, sculpture and objects, from over 120 established and emerging artists from around Aotearoa New Zealand. We also celebrate the artworks of our very talented students.
Your ticket to the Gala Evening includes beverages, delicious canapés and entertainment from talented MAGS musicians and performing artists. Join us for a great night out with friends, exhibiting artists and the MAGS community.
Money raised from this event will go towards our Artist in Residence programme and other resources which benefit all students at our school.
All the artworks featured in the MAGS Art Show are available for purchase so if you see something you love, you’re invited to buy it and take it home at the end of the show. The show continues to run across the weekend.

The Art Show and sale of artwork continue on Saturday 17th, 10am to 6pm and Sunday 18th August, 10am to 2pm - free entry.
Music and dance performances entertain throughout the weekend along with a pop-up café on site.
