The Melbourne-based Morton Trio features three emerging Kiwi musicians – two of whom are married! Arna and Alexander Morton hail from Christchurch and Liam Wooding from Whanganui. All three have been good friends for many years. Pursuing their musical studies took them over the Tasman for study at the Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM) and the University of Melbourne, where they all free-lance musicians performing in orchestral and small ensemble contexts.
