Wellington’s favourite small-batch, bean-to-bar chocolate factory has scoured the horizons to find some of the most bizarre, wonderful and intriguing ingredients to pair with chocolate. Come for an experience designed to delight, as well as learning to unpack and describe flavours.

Your ticket includes;

1.5hr long, intimate (up to 12 guests per night), carefully crafted event.
 A large number of fondue and flavour pairings (between 8-14, depending on availability of ingredients).
 Education around flavour dissection and chocolate manufacturing.
