Where do dumplings come from? Join Vicky Ha, the Wellington Dumpling Queen, and go global with three hands on dumpling sessions.
First up Europe: legend has it Marco Polo brought noodles from China to Italy (noodles and dumpling dough is the same); this session will cover dumplings from Russia, Poland, Austria and Italy.
Session two will be Asia: have you tried Xiao Long Bao? Learn how to make dumplings with this spicy soup inside.
And finally vegan dumplings: create Italian, Indian, Cantonese and Vietnamese vegan dumplings including fillings, different doughs and cooking methods.
