Rachel Priestley takes you through a hands-on butchery session and tutorial on how to prepare a pig’s head, shoulders, knees and toes, co-hosted with master butcher, Richard Anderson.

You will be greeted with a complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival, then teased with the smell of smoking, roasting pork shoulders, the sound of crackling sizzling, and finally be treated with a two-course feast of delicious pork.

This event coincides with train and bus timetables.
